Quick Access Toolbar and Options Tabs
The new toolbar allows you to quickly access key features from the Digesto Dashboard - from left to right: edit, test, logs and delete. In Diges editor, advanced options, such as date locale, image styling, UTM encoding and max characters limit, are now regrouped into the new “Options” tab.
Fix for Email Performance Statistics (Beta)
Thanks to recent Marketo API Updates, standard Marketo email performance and email link performance reports can now be used to accurately report on key email metrics such as delivery rates, open rates, click through rates, etc. With this new method, Digesto now works off of a new email/program for each digest distributed – which means accurate email performance statistics all while maintaining a fully automated distribution process. This feature is now open for BETA. Please let us know if you would like to join the program by writing to email@example.com or join this forum. In the next few weeks, this feature will be available to everyone.
You can now access Digest logs and visualize all activity on your Digest. The logs provide a detailed view of your run schedule, with the status of your email delivery and the number of new posts distributed. From your Dashboard, access Logs by selecting the icon.
Google Analytics UTM / URL Parameters
You now have the ability to append custom UTM parameters and/or encoding to all links from feeds. URL parameter settings can be found in the Advanced Options of your Digest. Check out this article for tips on setting this up in your account.
